Nusrat Amin Khan started off as a Management Trainee in MGH back in 2014 right after completing her MBA, concentrating on Finance. And since then she has worked in several departments of MGH solving different types of issues arising in each of them.

In her journey of 6 years, Nusrat believes, MGH has not only taught her skills needed to succeed in her professional life but has also allowed her to understand herself better, know her strengths and use them accordingly.

Nusrat has been a part of various projects such as preparing training modules for a few industries of MGH, preparing business proposals for various shipping lines for different countries, structuring the CRM and documentation process of freight forwarding, conducting leadership training, trade lane and network development amongst many others.

‘MGH has always treated all its employees equally irrespective of their gender and delegated responsibilities accordingly. And it is all the projects I have been trusted with that have allowed me to become more confident in my abilities and now as the Head of Department, help others face challenges head-on. This is why MGH is the best place for any woman to start their career with as it will provide her with ample opportunities to prove herself.”
