Turkish Airlines Cargo Agents’ Award in Vietnam 2018 – Strengthening the Global Business Foothold

Turkish Airline Cargo in Vietnam arranged the annual ‘Turkish Airlines Cargo Agents’ Award and Gala Dinner 2018’ for all the agents of Turkish Airlines in Vietnam. The event was held on 22nd October 2018, at the Sheraton Hanoi, Vietnam.

The event was coordinated by MGH – the GSA of Turkish Airlines in Vietnam. The night was adorned by the presence of chief guest His Excellency Akif Ayhan, the Ambassador of Turkey in Vietnam. The other esteemed guests were Võ Huy Cường  (Deputy Director of Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam), Huseyin Ceyhan (Vice President, Asia Pacific Cargo, Turkish Airlines), Anis Ahmed (Managing Director, MGH Group), Muhittin Ozturk (Regional Cargo Manager, Asia Pacific Cargo, Turkish Airlines), Mehmet Kiziltan (Regional Cargo Sales & Marketing Manager, Asia Pacific Cargo, Turkish Airlines) and other management figures of the company. 



 The guests expressed great expectations and promising new ventures for the Turkish Cargo market in Vietnam, as they talked about Vietnam’s growing economy, expanding industries as well as the favorable government policies & infrastructure of Vietnam.
Turkish Cargo is the fastest growing air cargo company in the world according to World ACD, with its well built infrastructure, continuous new additions in destinations and vast fleet capacity. 

Ranking 7th in the world amongst air cargo carriers, it has achieved significant growth in the European market. Currently, the company is operating in 307 destinations in 122 countries.

Turkish businesses have invested over $700m in Vietnam and it is expected to only increase in the future. The government of Vietnam has also further approved a bilateral agreement on air traffic service between Turkey and Vietnam's territories. With Vietnam’s fast growing manufacturing and export-import industries over the last three years, TK Cargo has embarked upon a promising future in the Asia Pacific Region.



The best cargo agents in Vietnam were awarded and honored for their contribution into this vast growth business over the years. There were also lucky draws among the agents, the lucky winner won several goodies and prizes, including air tickets to any chosen country in Europe.
